Pompano Beach Man Killed by Train

A Florida East Coast Railway train collided with a Pompano Beach, Florida man last weekend, killing him instantly. The man was reportedly lying on the tracks when the train ran over him at close to forty miles per hour. Broward Sheriff officials said the conductor did not have enough time to stop the train. Authorities have not determined if the collision was an accident or if the man committed suicide.
