A National Airlines jetliner traveling to Newark, New Jersey from Las Vegas was forced to make an emergency landing Tuesday afternoon after the plane's cabin filled with smoke. A spokesperson for the airline told reporters yesterday that investigators had traced the source of the smoke to an overheated refrigerator. Air traffic controllers diverted the plane to Colorado Springs where all 174 passengers immediately evacuated.
