Humidifier Fever: Overview
Humidifier fever is a flu-like illness that is caused by the inhalation of fine droplets of water from a humidifier that has become contaminated.
Symptoms of humidifier fever include, but are not limited to, mild fever, headache, malaise, muscle ache, cough, chest tightness, and breathlessness on exertion.
